Why We Started Sabka Career?
Sabka Career started with a simple problem—we didn’t know where to begin.
As two young professionals from the development sector, without elite networks or polished resumes, we realized how hard it was to find accessible, relevant, and trustworthy opportunities in social impact. Fellowships, jobs, internships, and skilling programs were scattered across platforms, often behind paywalls or in language that didn’t speak to people like us.
We began by sharing opportunities we found—on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and anywhere people would listen. What started as a job-sharing page slowly grew into a community of thousands of young changemakers looking for purpose-driven work.
But this is just the beginning.
We are still building Sabka Career - which will help youth from all backgrounds access meaningful careers in the development sector. We’re designing a platform that not only curates opportunities but also guides, supports, and celebrates every individual navigating their unique path.
We didn’t have all the answers when we started. We still don’t. But we’re learning, growing, and building—step by step, together.
